The Castagna peninsula, a popular location in the Gulf of Ajaccio, gives you access to numerous beaches and coves less than five minutes by car and a private beach 10 minutes away on foot. All kinds of activities are available, mountain walks, nautical activities, restaurant and bar and straw hut on the nearby beach (walks in the Coti-Chiavari forest, silver beach, boat rentals, Castagna fishermen's beach, etc. ).
The estate offers you a certain number of services on request: an on-site cook for your evenings with family and friends, yoga or meditation classes, boat trips to discover the wonders of Corsica, mountain walks with guide, housekeeping and laundry on request.

The two buildings can accommodate a large family and two families of friends with a capacity of 8 people with the possibility of two additional beds on a convertible sofa. The entire site has WIFI internet indoors and outdoors and television in all rooms.
The caseddu:
The main house, called the 'caseddu', is on two floors and has on the ground floor a bedroom of 11 m2 for two people with a double bed and a small room of 6 m2 for two people with a double bed, a bathroom and separate WC and a small living room. of relaxation. We access the first floor by a staircase which opens onto a masterful living room/kitchen of 36 m2, with a 2m bar in the form of a piece of furniture, two fireplaces, and 5m of ceiling height. The construction is in period stone and will immerse you in a refined local atmosphere with incredible charm. The caseddu is fully air-conditioned and heated in winter.
The fully equipped and covered reception hall with a 50m2 terrace will allow you to meet the staff and have breakfasts and eat outside all summer with family, friends or guests with a table of 10 people under the olive trees throughout the summer. The kitchen has a sea view.
The caseddu also has an outdoor shower and toilet.
The sheepfold :
This second house, called 'u stazzu' or the sheepfold, has a refined and rustic decoration, lime wall, old beams and has two bedrooms of 11m2, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom of 6m2. The sheepfold is fully air-conditioned and heated.
The sheepfold also has a fully equipped covered summer kitchen, an outdoor dining area under a canis arbor and an outdoor shower under an oak tree.
The land extends to the top of the hill with a panoramic area with a more than 180° view over the entire Gulf of Ajaccio and an overhanging terrace.
Beach :
You can access the beach on foot in less than 10 minutes. The beach is made of pebbles, also accessible by boat. Access to the beach is via a bucolic and shaded path that is quite sporty and is not suitable for very young children and the elderly, or people with disabilities. The beach is wild, ideal for swimming and aquatic hikes to discover small coves, diving rocks and numerous fish. The water is transparent, far from urbanized areas.
